Herbstzeit ist
Erntezeit.
tree, maple tree ...).
Dazu passen
die Arbeitsblätter 1
und 2
Daran schließt
sich die Betrachtung eines englischen Kinderbuches an:
Jean Marzollo:
I am a leaf Scholastic Inc.
(erhältlich z.B. bei amazon)
In diesem Buch

It
Is Autumn (Melodie: "Skip To My Lou" )
It is autumn up
in a tree.
It is autumn
up in a tree.
It is autumn
up in a tree.
Up in a tree
it's autumn.
Leaves are changing
up in a tree...
Leaves are falling
from that tree...
Squirrels are
living up in a tree...
Acorns are growing
up in a tree...

Did You Ever See A Tree? (Melodie: "Oh du lieber Augustin"
)
Did you ever see
a tree, a tree, a tree?
Did you ever
see a tree, a tree in the fall?
There are red
leaves and orange leaves,
And yellow leaves
and brown leaves,
Did you ever
see a tree, a tree in the fall?

Little Leaves (Melodie: "Ten Little Indians")
One little, two
little, three little leaves,
four little,
five little, six little leaves,
seven little,
eight little, nine little leaves,
ten little leaves
fall down.

Leaves, Leaves Falling Down (Melodie: "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" )
Leaves, leaves
falling down, (Wiggle fingers downward)
Falling on the
ground.
Red, Yellow,
Orange and Brown,
Triangle, oval
and round.
(With each thumb
touching and each forefinger touching, make shapes.

The Leaves Are Falling Down (Melodie: "The famer
in the dell")
The leaves are
falling down
The leaves are
falling down
Red, yellow,
green and brown
The leaves are
falling down.

Rhymes
5
Little Leaves
5 little leaves,
so bright and gay
Hung on a tree
one nice fall day
The wind came
blowing round and round
And one little
leaf came tumbling down.
(4 little leaves,
etc.)

Autumn leaves are falling down,
Orange, yellow, red and brown.
See them blowing all around,
Whirling, swirling to the ground.

Leaves
(Fingerplay )
Little leaves
fall gently down
Red and yellow,
orange and brown (flutter hands as leaves falling)
Whirling Whirling
around and around (turn around)
Quietly without
a sound (put finger to lips)
Falling softly
to the ground (begin to fall slowly)
Down and down
and down and down (lie on floor).

Autumn
Autumn winds
begin to blow; (blow)
Coloured leaves
fall fast and slow.
(make fast and
slow falling motion with hands)
Twirling, whirling
all around
(turn self around
and around)
Till at last,
they touch the ground.
(fall to ground)

Falling
Leaves
All the leaves
are falling down
(flutter fingers
downward)
Orange, green,
red, and brown.
(flutter fingers)
If you listen,
you'll hear them say,
(cup hands around
ears)
"Wintertime is
on it's way."
(whispering)

October leaves are lovely
They rustle when I run.
Sometimes I make a heap
And jump in them for fun.

A
little elf
Sat in a tree
Painting leaves
To throw at me.
Leaves of yellow
And leaves of red
Came tumbling down
About my head.

Red
leaves and yellow leaves
Orange leaves and brown,
Leaves are dancing everywhere
Happily dancing down.

Zur Herbstzeit
wird im Sachunterricht auch häufig das Eichhörnchen
thematisch behandelt.
Hier kann sich
der Englischunterricht anschließen.
Grey Squirrel
Grey squirrel,
Grey squirrel swish your bushy tail.
Grey squirrel
Grey squirrel swish your bushy tail.
Wrinkle up your
funny nose, hold a nut between your toes.
Grey squirrel
Grey squirrel swish your bushy tail.
The Squirrel
(Fingerplay )
Whisky, Frisky
Up he goes
To the top
Whirly, Twirly,
Round and round
Down he scampers
To the ground
Furly, Curly,
Tall as a feather
Broad as a sail
Where's his supper
In a shell
Snappity, Crackity,
Out it fell.
Busy Squirrel
The busy squirrel
scampers around.
Gathering nuts
that fall to the ground.
Hiding them in
secret places.
Covering them
over, away she races.
The busy squirrel
seems to know.
Winter's winds
soon will blow.
Hier gibt es eine
Malvorlage
vom Eichhörnchen.
